We are happy for you to choose to receive a different colour each month, just let us know by email.
There is a minimum subscription period of 3 months, after which you can cancel at any time.
After three months you can also change your subscription to a different style. Cancellations must be made 3 days before the next payment is due on your subscription.
After 5 successful payments, you can save 20% and enjoy free shipping for your subscription order. You will be billed every month.

Decide the Colour ~ Select your size and colour of choice. We are happy for you to choose to receive a different colour each month, just let us know 3 days before.

Receive your post ~ Packaged in large letter (plastic free) to conveniently fit through the letterbox.
Hassle Free ~ cancel any time after the initial 3 month period (Cancellations must be made 3 days before the next payment is due on your subscription)
How does payment work? ~ Once you provide your details, payment will be automatically taken on a recurring monthly basis. If you wish to change your subscription, simply log into your account, and update your preferences.
How does delivery work? UK delivery is FREE for subscribers. We will send your parcel with Royal Mail 48 Tracked. Your order should be with you 2-3 days after dispatch.

We send our parcels via Royal Mail International Tracked. Your parcel should be with you 3-7 days after your order has been dispatched. All international orders are final sale.
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@harryduley.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not offer free returns. We advise obtaining proof of postage as we are not responsible for parcels that do not reach us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
PACKAGING
We like the idea of keeping things simple. The intention is to make it easy to recycle ♲ We use recycled tissue paper and kraft boxes. The paper parcel tape has a natural rubber based adhesive which can be left on the packaging sent for recycling.
